DangerCart was a fun ride, and a good truck. It was.. It was one to rule
the road. It was a vehicle of character who loved to burn gas and belch
steam, and as such explored these roads from Olympia to Whidbey to the
San Jauns. And it loved to shake horribly at even moderate speeds.
DangerCart died--it died as so many of its generation, before its time.
In your wisdom you took it, Lord. As you took so many trucks, at Khe San
and Lan Doc and Hill 364. These trucks gave their all. And DangerCart
too. DangerCart who loved to eat oil.
And so, DangerCart, in accordance with what we think your dying wishes might well have been, we commit your earthly remains to a Seattle junkyard as one last trip on the road, which you loved so well.
Goodnight, sweet prince.
